Kyle Killeen Golf Academy ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have. Questions? Email kyle@kylekilleengolfacademy.com.

What we collect

• Contact & account info — your name and email when you sign up for the newsletter, apply for coaching, or create a student account.
• Coaching & game data — if you're a coaching student: swing videos you upload, round stats, launch-monitor readings, and notes you enter in your portal.
• Payment info — payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive only your email and the fact that a purchase succeeded.
• Basic usage analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and does not use cookies or fingerprinting.

How we use it

• To deliver what you signed up for — courses, the coaching program, or the newsletter.
• To respond to your submissions and build your personalized program.
• To send you account, purchase, and (if you opted in) newsletter emails.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that run this site: Supabase (database, authentication, and video storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (hosting and analytics). Each processes your data only to provide their service.

Data retention

We keep your account and coaching data for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.
• Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing kyle@kylekilleengolfacademy.com.
