Terms of Service
These terms apply when you buy a course or join the coaching program at Kyle Killeen Golf Academy. By purchasing or creating an account, you agree to them. Questions? Email kyle@kylekilleengolfacademy.com.
What you're buying
- Online courses ($197 each, or the $297 bundle) — a one-time purchase granting you lifetime access to that course's video lessons and written materials through your account.
- The Online Coaching Program ($175/month) — a recurring monthly subscription that includes weekly video lesson reviews and a monthly short-game track, limited to a small number of students.
Payment, renewal & cancellation
- Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Course purchases are billed once; the coaching subscription bills monthly until you cancel.
- You can cancel the coaching subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't prorate partial months.
- Response times for the coaching program are typically 48–72 hours on submitted swings.
Refunds
If a course isn't what you expected, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll work with you on a refund. Coaching-program months that have already been coached are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to avoid future charges.
Your content
Videos, stats, and notes you upload remain yours. You grant us permission to store and review them solely to deliver your coaching. We won't share your submissions publicly without your permission.
Our content
Course videos, written guides, and drills are our intellectual property, licensed to you for your personal use. Please don't redistribute, resell, or publicly share them.

Golf instruction is educational. We can't guarantee specific score or handicap results — improvement depends on your practice and play. Consult a physician before beginning any new physical activity.
